Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves of amazing customer service in which we aim to please! We hope you loved what you ordered, but just in case you are not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. See guidelines below.

To protect the integrity of our brand, we are only able to accept returns 7 days after receiving item(s). ​​

  • Exchange or store credit only.

  • You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached, & the original packaging.

  • The following items cannot be returned, or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, & accessories (excluding: scarves & bags).

  • Items with non-returnable marks & free gifts cannot be returned.

  • One the item is returned to us in the condition described above, we will e-mail the store credit code to you that you are able to use on any LUXXLORE item.

  • Please note that shipping costs are not covered by LUXXLORE unless reason for return was due to an error on our part.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.

  • Please note that for exchanges, you will have to cover re-shipment fee.
