SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday (excluding weekdays & holidays).

  • For domestic orders, we charge a standard shipping flat rate of $9.99 USD & express rate of $34.99 USD.

  • Standard shipping will ship 2-7 business days after date of purchase.

  • Express shipping will ship 1-3 business days after date of purchase.

  • Pre-orders will ship 2-3 weeks from purchase date. (Please read description below items before purchasing).

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

  • LUXXLORE is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.

  • You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

  • Shipping Time does not include 1-3 days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $75.00 USD. 

  • FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders over $150.00 USD. 

  • Should your package not arrive within 21 days after date of purchase, please contact us on the CONTACT page, or e-mail us at luxxlore@gmail.com.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping time does NOT include manufacturing time. 

  • Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, Express Shipping may be a 1-3 day delay.

  • Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, International shipping is prohibited. We will update you all as soon as we are able to ship internationally again. Thank you for your patience.
